개인정보 처리방침

아토모스튜디오(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, "개인정보 보호법" 등 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다.

제 1조 (수집하는 개인정보 항목)

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같은 개인정보를 수집합니다.

• 필수 수집 항목 : 이메일주소, 닉네임, 생년월일(연령 확인용), 성별, 위치정보(서비스 이용 시)
• 선택 수집 항목 : 프로필 사진, 자기소개

• 위치정보 이용·제공사실 확인 자료 : 6개월

제 4조 (개인정보의 제 3자 제공)

회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 제 3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

• 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
• 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

제 5조 (개인정보의 파기)

회사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.

제 6조 (이용자의 권리와 행사 방법)

이용자는 다음의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

Atomo Studio (the "Company") values the personal information of its users and complies with relevant laws and regulations, including the "Personal Information Protection Act" of the Republic of Korea.

Article 1 (Items of Personal Information Collected)

The Company collects the following personal information to provide the Service:

• Required Items: Email address, Nickname, Date of Birth (for age verification), Gender, and Location Information (while using the service).
• Optional Items: Profile picture, Bio/Introduction.

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

Personal information is used for the following purposes:

• Member registration and account management.
• Provision of services (Location-based matching, real-time chat, etc.).
• Development of new services and marketing analysis.
• Management of fraudulent users and prevention of unauthorized use.

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)

• In principle, personal information is destroyed immediately upon the user's account withdrawal.
• However, if preservation is required by relevant laws, the information will be stored for the period specified by law.
• Location Information Records: Records confirming the use and provision of location information are retained for six (6) months in accordance with the "Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information."

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• When the user has given prior consent.
• When required by law or requested by investigative agencies in accordance with legal procedures.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon the expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose. Information stored in electronic files is deleted using technical methods that prevent its restoration.

Article 6 (User Rights and How to Exercise Them)

Users may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Request to view their personal information.
• Request correction of errors in their information.
• Request deletion of their information.
• Request suspension of processing.
