혼술의 온도는 안전하고 즐거운 혼술 문화를 만들기 위해 다음과 같은 운영정책을 시행합니다.

1. 기본원칙

• 상호 존중 : 다른 이용자를 존중하고 예의 바르게 대화합니다.
• 안전한 만남 : 공공장소에서의 만남을 권장하며, 개인 안전에 유의합니다.
• 건전한 음주 문화 : 과음을 지양하고 건전한 음주 문화를 장려합니다.

2. 금지행위

다음 행위는 엄격히 금지되며, 위반 시 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

2-1. 불쾌한 콘텐츠

• 음란물, 성적인 콘텐츠 게시
• 폭력적이거나 잔인한 콘텐츠
• 혐오 발언 또는 차별적 표현

2-2. 사기 및 스팸

• 허위 정보 제공
• 상업적 광고 및 스팸
• 피싱 또는 사기 행위

2-3. 괴롭힘

• 타인에 대한 괴롭힘, 스토킹
• 협박 또는 위협
• 원치 않는 성적 접근

2-4. 불법 행위

• 불법 약물 관련 행위
• 미성년자 음주 조장
• 기타 법령 위반 행위

3. 신고 및 제재

• 부적절한 행위를 발견한 경우 앱 내 신고 기능을 이용해주세요.
• 신고된 내용은 검토 후 적절한 조치를 취합니다.
• 위반 정도에 따라 경고, 이용 제한, 영구 정지 등의 조치가 이루어집니다.

4. 콘텐츠 가이드라인

• 프로필 사진 : 본인을 식별할 수 있는 적절한 사진을 사용해 주세요.
• 소셜 피드 : 혼술 관련 콘텐츠를 공유하되, 과음을 조장하는 내용은 삼가해주세요.
• 채팅 : 상대방을 존중하며 건전한 대화를 나눠 주세요.

5. 안전 수칙

• 처음 만나는 분과는 공공장소에서 만나세요.
• 개인정보(주소, 금융정보 등)는 절대 공유하지 마세요.
• 불편한 상황이 발생하면 즉시 자리를 피하고 신고해 주세요.

본 운영정책은 서비스 환경에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱을 통해 공지합니다.

"Temperature of Drinking Alone" (the "Service") is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable culture for solo drinkers. All users are required to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a positive environment for everyone.

1. General Principles

• Mutual Respect: Treat every user with courtesy and respect.
• Safety First: We prioritize personal safety. We strongly recommend meeting only in public places.
• Responsible Drinking: We advocate for healthy drinking habits and strictly discourage excessive consumption.

2. Prohibited Activities

Violations of the following may result in immediate service restrictions or permanent account suspension.

2-1. Objectionable Content

• Posting sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Sharing violent, graphic, or disturbing content.
• Hate speech or discriminatory expressions based on race, gender, religion, etc.

2-2. Fraud & Spam

• Providing false information or impersonating others.
• Commercial advertising, spamming, or unauthorized promotions.
• Phishing or any fraudulent attempts to obtain money or information.

2-3. Harassment & Safety Threats

• Stalking, bullying, or persistent harassment of other users.
• Making threats, intimidation, or promoting self-harm.
• Unwanted sexual advances or inappropriate behavior.

2-4. Illegal Acts

• Activities related to illegal drugs or prohibited substances.
• Encouraging or facilitating underage drinking.
• Any other activities that violate local or international laws.

3. Reporting and Sanctions

• Reporting: If you encounter inappropriate behavior or content, please use the in-app "Report" button immediately.
• Zero-Tolerance Policy: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for serious violations. Reported content is reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
• Sanctions: Based on the severity of the violation, measures such as warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination will be applied.

4. Content Guidelines

• Profile Pictures: Please use appropriate photos that can identify you. Fraudulent or offensive images will be removed.
• Social Feed: Share content related to solo drinking, but avoid posts that encourage binge drinking or dangerous behavior.
• Chatting: Maintain respectful and healthy conversations. Abusive language is strictly prohibited.

5. Safety Tips for Meetups

• Public Places Only: Always meet someone for the first time in a well-lit, public place. Never meet in private residences or secluded areas.
• Protect Private Info: Never share sensitive information such as your home address, workplace, or financial details.
• Trust Your Instincts: If a situation feels uncomfortable or unsafe, leave immediately and report the user to us.
