제1조 (개인위치정보의 제3자 제공에 관한 사항)

1. 제3자 제공의 원칙

회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인위치정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 이용자가 본 서비스의 핵심 기능인 '혼술 모드' 또는 '위치 공유' 기능을 자발적으로 활성화하여 타인에게 자신의 위치 노출을 명시적으로 선택한 경우에 한하여 아래와 같이 정보를 제공합니다.

2. 제공받는 자 및 이용 목적

• 제공받는 자: '혼술의 온도' 애플리케이션을 이용 중인 다른 이용자 중 위치 공유 기능을 활성화한 자
• 제공 목적: 실시간 위치 기반의 인근 이용자 확인, 상대적 거리 정보 제공, 이용자 간 실시간 소셜 상호작용 및 오프라인 조우 지원

3. 제공하는 개인위치정보 항목

• 이용자의 실시간 좌표(위도, 경도)에 따른 지도상 마커 표시
• 이용자가 설정한 닉네임 및 실시간 상태 정보(예: 혼술 중, 대화 가능 등)
• 두 이용자 간의 직선거리 정보

4. 보유 및 이용기간

• 실시간 위치정보: 이용자가 '혼술 모드'를 비활성화하거나 애플리케이션을 종료하는 즉시 제3자 제공은 중단되며, 실시간 좌표 데이터는 서버에서 즉시 파기됩니다.
• 이용사실 확인자료: 위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 제16조 제2항에 따라 위치정보 수집·이용·제공사실 확인자료는 6개월간 안전하게 보관 후 자동 파기됩니다.

5. 제3자 제공 시 즉시 고지

회사는 개인위치정보를 이용자가 지정하는 제3자에게 제공하는 경우, 개인위치정보를 수집한 당해 휴대형 단말기로 매회 제공받는 자, 제공 일시 및 제공 목적을 즉시 고지합니다. 단, 앱 내 실시간 상태 표시(인디케이터) 및 이용 내역 조회를 통해 이용자가 실시간으로 인지할 수 있도록 조치합니다.

Hello, this is ATOMO STUDIO. To ensure the safe and transparent operation of the core features of "The Temperature of Drinking Alone" — real-time location sharing and user interaction — we provide the following detailed information regarding the provision of location information to third parties.

Article 1 (Provision of Personal Location Information to Third Parties)

1. General Principle

As a rule, the Company does not provide the personal location information of users to third parties without prior consent. However, information is provided only to other users when a user voluntarily activates the "Solo-Drinking Mode" or "Location Sharing" feature to explicitly disclose their location.

2. Recipients and Purpose of Use

• Recipients: Other users of "The Temperature of Drinking Alone" application who have also activated their location-sharing feature.
• Purpose: Identifying nearby users based on real-time location, providing relative distance information, and supporting social interaction and offline meetups.

3. Items of Personal Location Information Provided

• Marker display on the map based on real-time coordinates (latitude and longitude).
• User-set nickname and real-time status (e.g., Solo-drinking, Available for chat).
• Straight-line distance information between two users.

4. Retention and Use Period

• Real-time Location: Provision to third parties stops immediately when the user deactivates "Solo-Drinking Mode" or closes the application. Coordinate data is immediately destroyed from the server.
• Confirmation Data: Data confirming the collection, use, and provision of location information is securely stored for six (6) months and then automatically destroyed, in accordance with the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information.

5. Notification of Provision

When the Company provides personal location information to a third party designated by the user, the Company immediately notifies the user through the mobile device used to collect the information. Furthermore, users can recognize the ongoing sharing through real-time status indicators (indicators) and their usage history.
