개인정보 처리방침

아토모스튜디오(이하 "회사")는 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 처리합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보와 수집 방법
- 회원가입 시: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(암호화 저장) 또는 소셜 로그인 식별자
- 서비스 이용 시
- 위치정보(기록 작성 시점의 GPS 좌표) — 기록의 장소 표시 목적
- 사진·영상 및 촬영 메타데이터(EXIF의 위치·촬영일) — 이용자가 선택한 파일에 한함
- 기록 내용(별점, 한줄평, 메뉴, 방문일 등)
- 자동 수집: 앱 버전, 기기 OS, 오류 로그(서비스 개선 목적)
1-1. 앱 권한 (모두 선택 권한)
- 위치 — 기록 작성 시 주변 가게 추천. 거부해도 검색·지도 선택으로 기록 가능
- 카메라 — 기록용 사진·영상 촬영. 거부해도 갤러리 선택으로 기록 가능
- 사진 라이브러리 — 갤러리에서 사진·영상 선택. 이용자가 선택한 파일에만 접근
1-2. 게스트 모드 (가입 전 이용)
- 가입 없이 이용하는 동안의 모든 기록·사진·영상은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 이 기간 동안 회사는 게스트의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 단, 기기 분실·앱 삭제 시 게스트 기록은 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 가입 시 게스트 기록은 이용자의 계정으로 이전되며, 이때부터 본 방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 서비스 제공(기록 보관, 지도 표시, 공유)
- 고객 문의·신고 처리
- 서비스 품질 개선 및 오류 분석
- 유료 서비스 결제 및 관리(구독 시)
3. 보관 기간
- 회원 정보와 기록: 회원탈퇴 시 즉시 삭제
- 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률상 결제 기록 5년 등)
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 법령에 따른 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
5. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 다음 업체에 처리를 위탁합니다. 위탁 업체는 각사의 보안 기준에 따라 데이터를 암호화하여 보관합니다.
- Supabase Inc. (미국) — 회원 정보 및 기록 데이터베이스 호스팅 (서울 리전)
- Cloudflare Inc. (미국) — 사진·영상 파일 저장(R2) 및 전송
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 다음을 할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 내에서 자신의 기록 열람·수정·삭제
- 앱 내 관리 > 회원탈퇴로 계정 및 전체 데이터 삭제
- 문의를 통한 개인정보 열람·정정 요구
7. 위치정보의 처리
- 위치정보는 기록 작성 시점에만 수집되며, 백그라운드 추적을 하지 않습니다.
- 위치 권한을 거부해도 검색·지도 선택으로 기록할 수 있습니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
- 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)
- 데이터베이스 접근 제어(행 수준 보안) — 본인 및 초대된 멤버만 접근 가능
- 파일 업로드 시 본인 인증 토큰 검증

Privacy Policy for Danyeon Map (다녀온지도)
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
ATOMO STUDIO ("Company") complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, and processes users' personal information safely.
1. Information We Collect
- Sign-up: email address, password (stored encrypted), or social login identifier
- Service use: location at the time of creating a record (GPS coordinates), photos/videos and their metadata (EXIF location and capture date, only for files the user selects), and record contents (rating, notes, menu, visit date)
- Automatically: app version, device OS, and error logs (for service improvement)
1-1. App Permissions (all optional)
- Location — recommending nearby stores when creating a record; records can still be created via search or map selection if denied
- Camera — taking photos/videos for records; gallery selection remains available if denied
- Photo library — selecting photos/videos; only files the user selects are accessed
1-2. Guest Mode (use before sign-up)
- While using the app without an account, all records, photos, and videos are stored only on the user's device and are not transmitted to the Company's servers.
- The Company does not collect guests' personal information during this period. Guest records cannot be recovered if the device is lost or the app is deleted.
- Upon sign-up, guest records are migrated to the user's account and are thereafter processed under this policy.
2. Purpose of Use
- User identification and service provision (storing records, map display, sharing)
- Handling inquiries and reports
- Service quality improvement and error analysis
- Payment and management of paid subscriptions
3. Retention
- Account information and records are deleted immediately upon account deletion.
- Data may be retained where required by law (e.g., payment records for 5 years under the E-Commerce Act of Korea).
4. Third-Party Provision
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except where legally required by law enforcement.
5. Processing Delegation and Overseas Transfer
- Supabase Inc. (USA) — database hosting for account and record data (Seoul region)
- Cloudflare Inc. (USA) — photo/video file storage (R2) and delivery
6. User Rights
Users may at any time view, edit, or delete their records in the app; delete their account and all data via Settings > Delete Account; and request access to or correction of their personal information via inquiry.
7. Location Information
Location is collected only at the moment a record is created. The app does not track location in the background. Users may deny location permission and still create records via search or map selection.
8. Security Measures
Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), database row-level security (accessible only to the owner and invited members), and authentication token verification for file uploads.
